Proelio Corporate Consulting is a young and dynamic company founded in 2024 with the goal of acting as a single point of contact for consulting services that support businesses, private entities, third-sector organizations, and public bodies and companies.
Proelio combines the skills and experience of professionals from well-known legal and commercial firms, consultants, as well as managers and professionals from the corporate world.
Our team specializes in administrative law, public economic law, corporate law, economic and financial consulting, compliance, and the management of corporate organizational processes.
Particular attention is also dedicated to foreign companies and investors who plan investments in Italy (market entry strategy), offering specialized consulting for developing tailor-made entry strategies. Our goal is to optimize initial positioning, structure investment plans, and guide the client through all phases of the implementation of the project in Italy.

It positions itself as a single point of contact to offer a consulting service for the correct planning of investments.
In addition, particular attention is given to foreign companies and private individuals who are planning investments in Italy.

Meet our team
Alessandro Bertani
A founding partner of Proelio, he graduated in law from the University of Pisa and obtained his diploma from the Sant’Anna School of Advanced Studies in Pisa. He has been a lawyer since 2006, qualified to practice before the Higher Courts. He specializes in administrative law, with a focus on public procurement, project finance, the redevelopment of sports facilities and stadiums, urban planning and construction, and local authorities and public-private companies. He is Of Counsel at Studio Legale Associato Merusi-Toscano, a leading law firm in administrative law in Italy.

A nationally recognized law firm, with offices in Pisa, Lucca, and Rome. It boasts many years of experience in administrative law across all its sectors (from public procurement to urban planning and public companies). It assists a considerable number of public administrations and companies, as well as leading Italian and international private firms.
TMP Associati
A professional firm founded by partners (Matteo Pulga, Marco Caruso, and Carmen Boccoli, all registered with the Association of Chartered Accountants and the Register of Statutory Auditors), which boasts many years of experience in tax and corporate consulting services, international taxation, human resources management, and financial statement auditing. The partners of TMP also act as Statutory Auditors and in the field of both mandatory and voluntary financial statement auditing.
Barbara Covili
Originally from Bologna, she has lived and worked in Milan for about 20 years. With a PhD in comparative political history from the University of Bologna, she is an expert in the mobility sector and is currently the General Manager of Maxi Mobility, an innovative startup and benefit corporation dedicated to the electrification of taxi and corporate fleets. From 2015 to 2020, she led MyTaxi (now Free Now) as CEO and Chairwoman of the Board of Directors, successfully launching the service in Italy and building one of the most important brands in the sector. She has experience as an entrepreneur (she founded Clickutilities) and has worked in several Italian SMEs where she was also a board member. She also boasts significant experience in the field of market entry strategy, supporting foreign companies looking to invest in Italy.
